[Tony Gunn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/tonygunnglobal/) dropped by [Pazmac ](https://pazmac.com/)in Langley, Canada, to tour their facility and understand what they invest in to keep building on their 50-year legacy. Pazmac takes great care in everything they do. Renowned architect Christopher Bozyk designed their facility. There’s an on-site gym with a personal trainer available to all employees, a lot of DMG Mori machines, and they use data to drive their production decisions.
