Datanomix and Hexagon expanded their collaboration by creating an end-to-end NC program management solution for precision machine shops and defense, aerospace, and medical production facilities.

When a programmer posts from Esprit Edge, the integration assembles the NC program, print, setup sheet, and tooling documents into a single versioned Digital Production Bundle, filed by part number and delivered directly to the operator on Machine HUD. Engineering revisions sync automatically, machine control edits are captured as change requests back to the original programmer, and every step is backed by a complete audit trail built for CMMC 2.0 compliance.

The result is a shop floor that always runs the right program, with the right documentation, with no manual file management in between.
