In a nutshell, TMAC ai applies Caron Engineering TMAC data and Datanomix Production Monitoring data to help customers get Predictive Insights into three key areas of production:

Improve yield by predicting quality and reduce scrap by detecting anomalies while a part is cutting—not after the part is made. During the production process, TMAC ai will provide feedback while parts are running to proactively identify parts that will affect yield within minutes of the cut completing.

Extend tool life by using advanced analytics from TMAC to prescribe ideal tool life settings for every cut and every part. TMAC ai will Improve tool life by leveraging the part’s quality analytics to determine where tool life should be extended or reduced. Predictive Tool Life optimizations are based on real cutting data and provide insights on where you can increase tool life to reduce costs, or need to reduce tool life to improve quality.
