The Datanomix Customer Success Journey

Day 1
Virtual Pilot Project Kick-Off Meeting
You’ll meet your Customer Success (CS) team and learn what to expect for implementation. You’ll share your goals and anything else that is important with the team.
Day 5
Business Goal & Project Plan Review
The CS team gets your feedback on the project plan created based on your business goals. You’ll receive a Shop Floor Communication Plan to share with your team members to introduce the Datanomix project and how it can help everyone involved.
Day 7
Onsite Installation & Data Validation
You’ll walk the floor with your dedicated Customer Success Engineer (CSE) who will brief you on their installation plan for the day.
- Datanomix hardware is installed on the machines and your CSE verifies the data.
- This no-downtime install is usually quick and painless thanks to all of the front-end work from both teams.
- You will immediately start to see data that can be used to boost uptime.
You’ll gather personnel to introduce Datanomix using the Shop Floor Communication Plan with your CSE available to answer any questions that arise.
Day 8
Onsite Coaching & Team GEMBA Walk
- Your CSE sits in on your morning meetings and explains where Datanomix can help make them more productive.
- Datanomix TV Mode is configured on the shop floor to show down machines.
- Your dedicated tablet is pre-loaded with the Datanomix App and used to conduct initial trainings with key stakeholders right on the shop floor.
Day 9 to 44
Weekly Coaching & Real-Time Resources
Our robust in-product knowledgebase and live chat functionality will support you and your team in real-time.
Beyond showing you how to navigate the software, your CSE also provides weekly coaching on how to use the data to achieve your goals. Role-based playbooks detail who should do what (and when) to effectively incorporate the data into their day-to-day.
Day 45+
Customized Ongoing Bi-Weekly Coaching
The Datanomix CS team meets with your project stakeholders regularly to review progress and get feedback on how things are going.
- We discuss process changes based on the data.
- We review any positive trends for key metrics like utilization and uptime.
- We outline what is most important to to focus on next.
