Board Member


Over his career, Ralph has been an entrepreneur, software developer and enterprise software operating executive. He is currently a Managing Director with the Madison Park Group, where he works with engineering and manufacturing software companies, as well as robotics and IIoT companies, on their strategy and execution for Mergers and Acquisitions. In addition, his practice helps companies improve their operations so they can achieve their maximum value at the time of exit.

Bob has over 30 years of experience in the high technology industry. His ability to identify and motivate innovative founding teams has been an essential ingredient of his investment success. Bob regularly leverages his deep operational experience and technology intellect to support Datanomix. In recent years, Bob has appeared five times on the Forbes’ Midas list, a ranking of top venture capitalists. He also appeared on the cover of Business Week in a features story describing how VCs thrive through good and tough times.

John Joseph

CEO and Co-Founder


John Joseph is the CEO and Co-Founder of Datanomix, a company delivering game changing production insights and intelligence to manufacturers of discrete components. With over 30 years of technology leadership experience applying a customer-focused approach to multiple disciplines spanning product management and go-to-market strategy, John has deep enterprise customer experience. Throughout his career, John has successfully led go-to-market teams to bring award-winning products to market, scaled organizations from zero to $1B in revenue, and evangelized the customer voice back into the company. He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Clark University.

Greg McHale

CTO and Co-Founder


Greg is the CTO and Co-Founder of Datanomix, a company delivering game changing production insights and intelligence to manufacturers of discrete components. Datanomix was founded on the premise that the 4th industrial revolution would require turnkey products that integrate seamlessly with how manufacturers work today – not clunky workflows that depend on human input or complex data extraction. He brings enterprise data skills to a market ripe for innovation. Greg has held engineering leadership positions at several venture-backed companies and is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
