Over his career, Ralph has been an entrepreneur, software developer and enterprise software operating executive. He is currently a Managing Director with the Madison Park Group, where he works with engineering and manufacturing software companies, as well as robotics and IIoT companies, on their strategy and execution for Mergers and Acquisitions. In addition, his practice helps companies improve their operations so they can achieve their maximum value at the time of exit.

Bob has over 30 years of experience in the high technology industry. His ability to identify and motivate innovative founding teams has been an essential ingredient of his investment success. Bob regularly leverages his deep operational experience and technology intellect to support Datanomix. In recent years, Bob has appeared five times on the Forbes’ Midas list, a ranking of top venture capitalists. He also appeared on the cover of Business Week in a features story describing how VCs thrive through good and tough times.

John Joseph

CEO and Co-Founder

John has an established track record of commercializing technology John Joseph, a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Clark University, is the CEO and co-founder of Datanomix, a software company empowering precision manufacturers to transform their business through data. John has an established track record of commercializing technology, having held leadership roles at several startups and their acquirers, including the successful acquisition of Equallogic by Dell. At Datanomix, John is helping build an agile team that is using machine learning and advanced analytics to automate the delivery of deep insights directly from CNC machine data, all without any operator input.

Greg McHale

CTO and Co-Founder

Greg founded Datanomix on the premise that the 4th industrial revolution would require turnkey products that integrate seamlessly with how manufacturers work today. He brings enterprise data skills to a market ripe for innovation. Greg has held engineering leadership positions at several venture-backed companies and is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
