Greg McHale
Founder & CEO
Greg founded Datanomix, a company delivering game-changing production insights and intelligence to manufacturers of discrete components. Datanomix was founded on the premise that the 4th industrial revolution would require turnkey products that integrate seamlessly with how manufacturers work today – not clunky workflows that depend on human input or complex data extraction. He brings enterprise data skills to a market ripe for innovation. Greg has held engineering leadership positions at several venture-backed companies and is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Bob Davoli
Board Member
Bob has over 30 years of experience in the high technology industry. His ability to identify and motivate innovative founding teams has been an essential ingredient of his investment success. Bob regularly leverages his deep operational experience and technology intellect to support Datanomix. In recent years, Bob has appeared five times on the Forbes’ Midas list, a ranking of top venture capitalists. He also appeared on the cover of Business Week in a features story describing how VCs thrive through good and tough times.

Mark Koulogeorge
Board Member
Mark Koulogeorge is Managing General Partner of MK Capital where he leads the firm’s digital marketing and software investment practices and has over eighteen years of venture capital experience. Mark’s functional expertise is in developing sales, marketing and distribution strategies to achieve market leadership and in the building of high performance executive teams.
Mark has served on the boards of directors of over 20 technology companies which have generated over $400 million of realized gains for his investors. He has been the lead or first institutional investor in a number of significant technology companies.
Prior to founding MK Capital, Mark was a managing director at First Analysis and served as a general partner of The Productivity Fund III & The Productivity Fund IV. Prior to his career in venture capital, Mr. Koulogeorge was an Executive Officer of Eagle Industries, a $1.5 billion diversified manufacturer, controlled by Chicago entrepreneur Sam Zell and earlier a consultant with Booz Allen. He earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Eric Schnadig
Board Member
Eric is an executive, entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience building, leading, and advising public and private companies in high growth technology markets. As an investor, Eric has played key roles in raising $250M+ in funding for early and growth stage companies and in creating $3B+ in liquidity to investors and shareholders across multiple successful exits. Most recently, Eric was the CEO of Tervela, the maker of Cloud FastPath, a leading SaaS that automates movement and syncing of content to cloud platforms. The business was acquired by Box in February 2021. Prior to Tervela, Eric was the SVP of WW Sales at Unica, a leading marketing software platform that was acquired by IBM in 2010.
Eric serves on the Board of Directors at several
privately held software companies. He is also the co-founder
and chairman of REACH, a not for profit organization that
promotes research, education and awareness for children with Hirschsprung disease. Eric is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Swarthmore College where he majored in languages and history.
