Scan Your Whole Library, Not Just a Sample

Point the scanner at a single folder, a specific machine, or your entire program library. Run it in Discovery Mode, and it checks every file against the fields that matter most for standards that matter, like AS9100, ISO, and CMMC: revision, author, target cycle time, target setup time, and tooling information.

Validate Against What Your Machine Expects

You’ve seen how Discovery and Audit modes work. Validate Mode checks something more specific: “Does each program actually match the setup this particular machine is expecting?” Get that wrong, and you’re looking at a scrapped part, a crashed tool, or a scramble to figure out why a job didn’t run the way it should have.

Run Validate Mode against any machine, and the scanner checks every program in scope against that machine’s expectations. You get a pass rate, plus a per-file breakdown for anything that fails, with plain-language fix guidance so you know exactly what to correct and why.
